The price of heavy item moving, also known as specialized lifting, is primarily determined by the weight and dimensions of the item to be moved or transported. Other factors influencing the cost include the number of movers required, the time needed for the job, and accessibility to the item (e.g., easy or difficult access, number of floors, narrow or wide corridors, stairs, or elevator availability).
Heavy item transportation is carried out using specialized equipment, including lifting straps, dollies, and so-called “dogs” (moving aids).

The service is considered completed when the job is finished at the FastMove office: Parda 4, Tallinn, 10151.
The minimum charge is 1 hour, after which the rate is calculated in 15-minute increments.
For transportation outside Tallinn, a kilometer-based fee is added, depending on the selected vehicle.
For loads exceeding 100 kg, the price is determined separately.
In the case of an unjustified service call, the client is required to pay a penalty fee equivalent to the full service price.
Customer complaints are accepted only on the day of service.
Private customers can only pay in cash.
