Terms of use

1.  Working hours calculation

Work begins at FastMove’s office: Parda 4, Tallinn, 10151.

Work ends at FastMove’s office: Parda 4, Tallinn, 10151.

Minimum charge – 1 hour.

After the first hour, time is calculated in 15-minute increments.

For services outside the city, an additional charge per kilometer applies, depending on the transportation chosen by the client.

All prices are subject to VAT.

2.  Booking and cancelation

If a booking is canceled or modified with less than 24 hours’ notice, FastMove has the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the first agreed working hour.

Service cancellation is only possible via email at info@fastmove.ee, by phone at +372 59999980, or in person at the Parda 4 office.

3. Payment

Private individuals – payment in cash on-site. If our employees do not unload the goods, payment must be made before loading the goods onto the vehicle.

Legal entities – payment in cash on-site or by invoice.

Partners – by agreement.

4. Workload

When ordering a service, please provide as detailed a description as possible of the items to be transported to save time for both you and us and to receive the fastest possible price quote. For example: 1 wardrobe, 1 mattress (100×250), table and 6 chairs, 6 drawers with kitchen utensils, television, 20 drawers with clothes along with a large chest of drawers, refrigerator, and washing machine.

Please also specify:

  • Whether you want us to pack your items – only furniture or all items?
  • Whether you want to purchase moving boxes and if packing materials should be delivered before the move
  • Whether you need furniture assembly or disassembly
  • Whether you want us to dispose of or recycle your old furniture
  • Whether the furniture needs to be stored temporarily or for a longer period
  • Whether there are any unusually heavy items (e.g., antique furniture, piano, safe) that require special protection

5. Ordering transportation service

When placing an order, provide as many details as possible:

  • The area from which the goods are picked up and where they are delivered.
  • The carrying distance, floor level, etc.

This helps us select the most qualified worker for the job, saving both time and money.

6. Changing or increasing the workload

Changes to the scope of moving services must be made at least 24 hours before the work begins.

If new orders make it impossible to complete a larger workload immediately, we will agree on a time to continue the work.

7. Packaging and labeling services

Movable and transportable goods must be properly packed either by our team or by the client.

If goods are unpacked before the move – meaning the client packs them themselves or refuses packing – the transport company is not responsible for dirt, scratches, damage, or other defects.

If you would like FastMove to pack your belongings, please inform us in advance so we can bring the necessary packaging and packing materials.

8. Guarantee

Our company is responsible for all transported goods only if our employees have packed, loaded, and unloaded them.

If the client loads the goods themselves, they take full responsibility (except in the case of a traffic accident).

9. Furniture assembly and installation

When placing an order, please provide as accurate information as possible:

  • Furniture manufacturer.
  • Seller’s product or item sheet.
  • For wall-mounted products, information about the wall type (e.g., brick, double plaster, etc.).
  • If furniture needs to be attached to the wall, inform us in advance so we can bring the necessary tools and equipment.
  • The availability of furniture on-site or the need for its delivery or lifting.

Please leave as much space as possible for installation – this allows our team to work faster and more efficiently.
